Ukrainians are expressing deep indignation over the recent terrorist events in the world, because they as no one know what terror is. Because they have felt the attacks of Russian terrorists who treacherously violated the Budapest Memorandum and Christian values. Their weapons killed civilians Ukrainians, destroyed cities, villages, left them without homes.

Blood of killed people will be always at the hands of Russian terrorists.

But Russia didn’t stop homicide. From time to time there are reports about the possibility of an even more cruel act of terrorism, the possibility of using a huge number of tanks and bombers. And it's not just stories. Russian terrorists had already used against Ukraine weapons of mass destruction, "Grad", "Uragan", etc.
